Sommelier – The Park

Jeremy King Restaurants is looking for an experienced Sommelier to join the team at The Park. You will join a professional, supportive team where respect, integrity and teamwork come first. We will give you the tools and opportunities to grow whilst working in a strong, well managed brigade.

The Role:

You will be advising guests on the wine list and recommending pairings to suit their meal. As the restaurant’s wine lead, you will take ownership of the wine offering, including cellar care, stock control and supporting the team’s wine knowledge. Working closely with the front of house management team, you will also step in as Floor Manager when required, helping to ensure every service runs smoothly.

About You:

You will be knowledgeable, personable and attentive, with a genuine passion for wine and the ability to share it with guests of all levels of experience. You take pride in outstanding service and carry yourself with professionalism and charm.

Ideally, you will have sommelier experience in a high-end, high-volume restaurant, with a strong understanding of the standards expected in a premium dining environment. A WSET qualification or equivalent would be an advantage.
