As the Head of Department in charge of Romano’s at Simpson’s in the Strand, you will lead and oversee all operations within Romano’s, ensuring the efficient running of your department. You will lead and nurture a team that consistently creates memorable guest experiences while ensuring smooth operations within budget and compliance requirements.
