As our Assistant General Manager, you will support the General Manager in driving the overall strategy for the efficient running of all aspects of Simpson's in the Strand, which comprises two restaurants, two bars and large events space, leading united teams to create memorable guest experiences, and ensuring smooth operations within budget and compliance requirements
